This last weekend in April, we camped at the Wisconsin Dells KOA over their "Cleanup Weekend". We camped free in exchange for helping cleanup the campground in preparation for the season.

The Rig! I was parked in the Petco lot in Madison, WI on the way
to Wisconsin Dells. Ruby um, had an accident and needed a bath
plus we needed some doggy stuff, so we stopped at Petco for 90 minutes
so poor ruby could get a nice bath. Two poor girls worked on
dematting Ruby for an hour. She was a nice soft puff-ball when she
was done! |

Weather: Cold! High of about 55 on Friday. Great for raking leaves
though.
Campground
Wisconson Dells KOA
We are bringing the kids to the Dells this August and we're looking around at
different Dells area campgrounds. We stopped in this KOA over the winter
on a trip back from MN. We thought it might work for August. When I
went online to check it out, I found they were offer the free weekend of camping
at the end of April and figured it would be a great way to check the place out.
We plan to look at a couple more campgrounds while we are here for the weekend.
We stayed on pull-through site 29 on this trip.
