Oriental Cole Slaw

What a refreshing change from lettuce based salads.  This cabbage based Oriental salad is very tasty and crisp.  Try it.  You won't be disappointed!

1    To toast the sesame seeds and slivered almonds, in separate batches, spread evenly in jelly roll pan, lined with          parchment paper and bake at 325 F until browned.  Stir occasionally while toasting to ensure even toasting.  be very careful when toasting as there is a fine line between toasting and burning.
