Orange Delight
Ingredients
- 3.0 ounce (small) box of Jello brand Orange gelatin dessert
- 3.4 ounce (small) box of Jello brand "instant" Vanilla pudding & pie
filling
- 3.0 ounce (small) box of Jello brand "Americana" Tapioca pudding
- 8.0 ounce (medium) container of Cool Whip whipped topping
- 11 ounce (small) can of Geisha brand Mandarin Orange segments, drained
- 2 cups boiling water
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, hand mix with a whisk, all 3 boxes of "unprepared"
gelatin and pudding mixes
- Add the 2 cups of boiling water and stir until mixed well
- Refrigerate until the mixture begins to set (abour 30 to 45 minutes). Keep an
eye on this as you just want it set enough so that it's a little jiggly
- Add the Cool Whip and carefully blend with a spoon or rubber spatula
until Cool Whip is well incorporated
- Add the drained Mandarin Orange segments and carefully blend with a spoon
or rubber spatula until orange segments are well incorporated
- Cover and refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
