Baking Method
| Unwrap pork loin and place in shallow baking pan | |
| Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 155 to 160 degrees F | |
| Allow cooked pork loin to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving |
Grilling Method
| Unwrap pork loin and place on medium heat grill | |
| Grill for 18 to 20 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 155 to 160 degrees F, turn occasionally while grilling | |
