Chicken Continental

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
In large mixing bowl, prepare sauce by mixing soup, sour cream and wine or water with a whisk until thoroughly
Pour about 1 cup of sauce into lasagna type baking pan and spread sauce to cover bottom.
Place circles of dried beef to cover pan. Overlap if necessary
Wrap each half breast lengthwise with one bacon strip and place each wrapped half breast in pan on dried beef circle. Note that pan will be crowded
Pour remaining sauce over chicken
Bake covered with foil for 60 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake for 30 minutes
After 90 minutes of cooking time adjust heat to broil and place uncovered pan on broiler for a few minutes until bacon is crisp. Remove pan from broiler and carefully turn chicken over and return to broiler to crisp bacon on other side
Remove chicken to warmed serving platter and pour sauce into gravy boat and serve
