| 3 eggs, well beaten | |
| 1 cup Karo syrup | |
| 1/2 cup sugar | |
| 2 tablespoons melted butter | |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |

| 1 cup pecan halves |
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees F | |
| In a medium mixing bowl, place all ingredients except pecans | |
| Mix ingredients with a spoon, then add pecans. Gently mix in pecans with spoon | |
| Pour mixture into an unbaked pastry shell | |
| Bake for 45 minutes |
