Pumpkin Dessert
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 large can Pumpkin (3 cups)
- 1-1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
- 2 cups Evaporated Milk
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/4 pound Butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup Walnut Chips (if desired)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using glass pan)
- Mix by hand, all ingredients except for Cake Mix, Butter and
Walnut Chips
- Pour into 9" x 13" cake pan and spread evenly
- Cut butter into Cake Mix. Stir in Nuts if desired and
sprinkle Cake, Butter and nuts over mixture
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes until toothpick inserted into
center, comes out clean
