This is a great peanut butter cookie recipe and so simple to make. Only 3 ingredients!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F) |

Beat eggs in a bowl |
|
Add sugar and mix well |
|
Add peanut butter and mix well |
|
Place heaping teaspoonfuls of dough onto
cookie sheet, mash with a fork a bit, to make a criss-cross |
|
Bake fro 11 minutes or so, until top of
cookies are slightly brown |
|
Remove from oven and leave on cookie sheet for
1 minute |
|
Remove cookies to cooling rack |
