Cranberry-Apple Crisp with Oatmeal Streusel

This is the 3x version of the Bon Appétit recipe.
Ingredients
Topping
- 3 (packed) cups golden (light) brown sugar
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) chilled, unsalted butter, cut into pieces
Filling
- 6 12-ounce packages cranberries
- 3-3/4 pounds (about 9 medium) Golden Delicious or Fuji apples, peeled,
cored and cut into 1/4" cubes or thin slices
- 4-1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons apple juice or cider
Vanilla ice
cream (optional)
Steps
For Topping
For Filling
Bake crisp until filling bubbles thickly and topping is crisp and deep golden
brown, about 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and serve warm, with ice
cream.
