We’re camping in RV site 89 this weekend near Stoughton, WI at Lake Kegonsa State Park. We’re in site 89. It’s a pull-through. It has 50 amp power, a nice large grassy site and a clear view of the southern sky for a great satellite signal

Ruby gets a bath!

Ruby has a skin condition called Seborrhea. She has to have baths with special shampoo. She’s such a good dog

Bass Pro Shop - Springfield, MO

I had to take Nancy back to Springfield, MO to catch her flight back to Chicago this afternoon. We spent a little time in town and one of our stops was the Bass Pro Shop and their Catalog Outlet Store. The Outlet Store was ho-hum. Pricing was not really what I felt it should be for an Outlet Store. The main store however was GINORMOUS! I think this is their home town and this may be their largest store. We spent an hour there and only scratched the surface. I am sure you could spend a day and have 3 meals there and still not take all aspects of it in.

Missouri Rally

Nancy and I are in Branson, MO at the Missouri Chapter Heartland Owners Club raly. We’re staying at ABC. There are about 17 Heartland rigs here. It’s cold - in the mid to upper 40s. We went shopping at some factory shops yesterday, went to the Shoji Tabuchi show last night and to a pancake breakfast today. I made our pancakes at the RV and took them to the breakfast. I made whole wheat pancakes. Pretty goof actually. We’re 20 days into our diet (South Beach Diet). So we’re still being good.
